The Effect of Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, compensation, and motivation on teacher performance in each school. The population in this study is Office Administration Education Students Batch 2019. The type of research used is the quantitative method by distributing questionnaires and using quantitative methods. Data calculation is done using the SmartPLS application with various calculation tests, namely Outer Model Technique, Inner Model Technique, and Hypothesis Testing. The data collection technique used in this study was through a questionnaire or questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from a value of one to five. The results of the study indicate that there is. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on motivation, (2) there is an influence between compensation and motivation, and (3) there is a positive and significant influence on the work environment on teacher performance, (4) this are positive and significant influence between compensation on performance, (5) there is no significant effect between motivation on teacher performance, (6) there is no significant effect between the work environment on teacher motivation and performance, and (7) there is no significant effect between compensation on teacher motivation and performance
