The Effectiveness of Vaccination Campaigns on COVID-19 Fatality : A Neural Network Experiment to Guide Policy Responses for Next Pandemic Crises

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) continues to be a constant threat in 2022 and is important to design appropriate vaccination campaigns to face next pandemic impacts driven by new variants. This study develops a Machine Learning experiment that shows, between countries, a rapid reduction in the fatality rate of COVID-19 with vaccinations at the point where the cut effect is generated in the Neural Net-work. To put it differently, the fatality rate of COVID-19 declines by increasing doses administered of vaccines. The findings here can improve the preparedness of countries to cope with next waves of COVID-19 and reduce negative impact with effective vaccination plans
