The Issue of IT Project - The Project Team and its Environment

The modern business world is closely associated with IT projects. Unfortunately, research reports still have unsatisfactory percentage of projects completed successfully. The reasons for this phenomenon are not, however, in the field of technology and methodology, but in the human factor. This article is going to meet this phenomenon, dealing with issues of IT project from the perspective of project teams. Established specification types of IT teams and detailed the risks posed by them to implement IT projects, as their environment. This is the stage which is the basis for studies to develop IT teams capable of effective and efficient implementation of IT projects
