THE NEW CODES ANCHORED IN THE REALITIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
The Romanian legislation has known an effervescence after the EU integration particularly towards implementing the European legislative acquis. This kneading of the Romanian legislator was also reflected in the work of coding. The new Civil Code has been adopted which, together with the New Code of Civil Procedure, has come into force, as well as the new Penal Code and the new Code of Criminal Procedure that have not yet come into force.
