The Reconstruction of Discourse in the Context of Communication in the International Institutions
Within international establishments communication is the basic tool for the interactions among countries and, implicitly, among their languages and cultures. To reconstruct discourse in these communication contexts, that is to translate, sum up, and edit discourses, is the task of translators, interpreters, report editors, press statement editors, etc. This paper is a reflection on the realities of the practice of specialized translation in the context of communication among international establishments.
