Towards a Systemic-Based Automated Platform Designed to Foster Collaborative and Co-Responsibility Environment
ConstelaDev is an automated project-oriented platform that promotes a psychological safety context, collaborative learning, and development environment. It allows sharing of ideas and knowledge in practical and active fashioning driven by an automatic system for monitoring and evaluation in a psychologically healthy learning environment. Its foundation embraces the concept of Digital Bloom Taxonomy as a learning methodology and it was designed to run in the format of bootcamp (comprising characteristics of agile methodologies, systemic constellation, and gamification) as a working environment. Furthermore, computational strategies for automated data collection, modeling, and analysis are adopted to support continuous feedback. The framework was evaluated in a case study carried out over four months with students from a High School and Technical Institution located in Florianópolis, Brazil. The participants were divided into three groups and challenged to develop a digital application from ideation to deployment. Results demonstrate an improvement in the indicators related to collaborative attitude and co-responsibility, represented by the quadratic growth model (r²: 0.80). The analysis of the participants’ perception of their expectations (positive: 68%, negative: 35%), their experience with the working team (positive: 57.68%, negative: 27.17%) and, with the project under development (positive: 51.69%, negative: 36.44%), serve as an input metric for continuous improvement. Such outcomes demonstrate ConstelaDev as a potential framework for nurturing innovative professionals. Finally, to the best of our knowledge, for the first time, data generated from the systemic constellation dynamics are collected and analyzed automatedly in combination with multiple data sources
