Trust management in the system of redistribution of financial resources
The financial market is one of the most important elements of the economic system of the state. Improving the efficiency of redistribution through this market temporarily free funds is one of the main goals of its development. Redistribution is carried out by intermediaries, which from the point of view of categories of services can be divided into two main groups: credit Deposit organization and the organization that distributes financial resources through instruments of the stock market. In fact, both markets are the same group of companies. This creates a considerable number of problems and risks associated with combining activities, the complexity of state regulation at the expense of accountability in Russia different sectors of the financial market of different Executive bodies. This reduces the effectiveness of the system of redistribution. All this makes an urgent review of the parallel functioning of two sectors of the financial market on the background of their actual institutional splicing. Existing research focuses on the individual types of financial intermediation. They do not address the impact on the efficiency of combining various types.
