USE OF METHODS AND PRINCIPLES OF ECONOMIC DIAGNOSTICS IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISES OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT

In the past few years, the deterioration of the situation on the railway transport is connected with the instability of the market, a host of new policy decisions and legislative acts, the reduction of domestic resources and the growth of aggressiveness in the external environment, especially in the financial sphere. In these conditions is very important to a successful application in practice of the railway transport management strategic management of the enterprises of branch. It is proved that the implementation of the concept of strategic management at the enterprises of railway transport of Ukraine deals with all aspects of their activity and must be based on a comprehensive information. Qualitative basis for the information support of the strategic management of railway transport enterprises must be economic diagnostics. Formulates the basic principles that should be followed when carrying out of economic diagnostics at the enterprises of railway transport of Ukraine.
