Wanderungsbilanzen deutscher Metropolen: Der Wettbewerb um kluge Köpfe nimmt zu
Regionen, die für mobile und gut ausgebildete Fachkräfte attraktiv sind, haben einen bedeutenden Standortvorteil: Mit der Zuwanderung von hoch Qualifizierten steigen die regionalen Wachstumsaussichten. Angesichts der schrumpfenden und alternden Erwerbsbevölkerung wird sich der Wettbewerb um qualifizierte Fachkräfte zunehmend verschärfen. Die Arbeitskräfte wählen dabei über eine 'Abstimmung mit den Füßen' den Wohn- und Arbeitsort, der ihnen die bestmöglichen Perspektiven eröffnet.
