Im Zentrum dieser Arbeit steht die Erkl?rung der schnellen und dauerhaften wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung Chinas und deren Finanzierung seit der Wirtschaftsreform 1978. Daf?r verbindet die Autorin die Schumpetersche Entwicklungstheorie, die modernen systemtheoretischen Ans?tzen von Maturana und Varela sowie von Luhmann. Die zentralen Ergebnisse sind: Die Wandlung der chinesischen Volkswirtschaft von einer Planwirtschaft zu einer Marktwirtschaft resultiert aus einem spontanen funktionalen Ausdifferenzierungsprozess der Gesellschaft, der sich unmittelbar auf betriebliche organisatorische Innovationen zur?ckf?hren l?sst. Der rasche Aufschwung und das anhaltende Wachstum der chinesischen Wirtschaft l?sst sich von der gleichzeitigen Durchf?hrung und Verflechtung mehrerer Basisinnovationen und ihrer Folgeinnovationen erkl?ren. Die Durchsetzung der Faktorneukombinationen ist zugleich mit anderen sozialen Bereichen (Politik, Wissenschaftssystem, Rechtssystem usw.) strukturell gekoppelt. F?r die Innovationen sind spezifische Finanzierungsquellen erschlossen worden, die jeweils mit einer bestimmten Innovationsphase strukturell gekoppelt sind. Zun?chst wird die Innovationslogik Schumpeters, die autopoietischen Systeme nach Maturana und Varela sowie der funktional-strukturelle Ansatz der Systembildung und die Ausdifferenzierungstheorie von Luhmann vorgestellt. Das dritte Kapitel widmet sich dann, auf der theoretischen Grundlage der ersten beiden Kapitel, dem autopoietisch operierenden Wirtschaftssystem in einer funktional ausdifferenzierten Gesellschaft und dessen Entwicklung aus systemtheoretischer Perspektive. Die Autorin identifiziert die Funktion und die Elemente des Wirtschaftssystems. Dann analysiert sie mit Hilfe Maturana?s autopoietischen Theorie und Luhmann?s Ans?tzen von Sinn, von Strukturbildung eines sozialen Systems und von Systembildung durch Anschlie?en von potentiellen Elementen die Operationsweise und die Eigenschaften des Systems. Als n?chstes stellt die Autorin die Herausbildung eines autopoietischen Wirtschaftssystems im Anschluss an Luhmann vor, welches sich aus einem Ausdifferenzierungsprozess einer funktional undifferenzierten Gesellschaft ergibt. Innovationen, insbesondere die Basisinnovationen, erweitern die Handlungs- und Anschlussm?glichkeiten des Wirtschaftssystems enorm, steigern die Dynamik der Wirtschaft und rufen lange Kondratieff-Wellen hervor. In einem Wirtschaftssystem k?nnen die Subsysteme ? Routine-, Arbitrage-, Innovations- und Evolutionssystem ? existieren. Schliesslich wird die Beziehungen zwischen Innovationen und ihren Finanzierungsquellen in China untersucht. Sie zeigt einen autopoietischen Charakter: Es gibt Finanzierungsquellen, die spezielle Entwicklungsphasen von Innovationen finanzieren. Mit diesen theoretischen Grundlagen werden im zweiten Teil der Arbeit die gro?en Ver?nderungen der chinesischen Wirtschaft und die Finanzierung dieser Entwicklung erkl?rt. Das vierte Kapitel widmet sich der Wandlung von einer Plan- zu einer Marktwirtschaft. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die betrieblichen organisatorischen Innovationen bzw. die neue Unternehmensf?hrung und die Entstehung autonomer Unternehmen, die zu einer Ausdifferenzierung der Gesellschaft f?hrten, sodass sich ein relativ selbst?ndiges Wirtschaftssystem vom politischen System abtrennte. Die Reaktionen der Wirtschaftsaktuere auf die Reformpolitik und -ma?nahmen legen nahe, dass dieser Ausdifferenzierungsprozess mit der ungeplanten Entstehung von Privatunternehmen und TVEs began. Er wurde dann durch die Weiterentwicklung der autonomen Unternehmen sowie durch die herausgebildete marktwirtschaftliche Ordnung und letzten Endes durch die Transformation der konventionellen SOEs zu autonomen Wirtschaftsentit?ten stabilisiert und restabilisiert. Die zunehmende Selbst?ndigkeit des Wirtschaftssystems erfordert immer neue Reformen der Politik, die immer mehr das selbst?ndige Weiterbestehen des Wirtschaftssystems beg?nstigen. Das f?nfte Kapitel erkl?rt die rasche und anhaltende Entwicklung der chinesischen Wirtschaft. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Multi-Kondratieff-Welle und die Herausbildung des autopoietischen Innovationssystems in China. Die gleichzeitige Durchf?hrung von Basisinnovationen, die aus mehreren f?r China neuen Kondratieff-Wellen stammen, wird beschrieben und die ?sch?pferischen Reaktionen? verschiedener Unternehmen (Privatunternehmen, TVEs, privat gef?hrte staatliche Unternehmen, vom Ausland zur?ckgekehrte chinesische Gr?nder, ausl?ndische Firmen und SOEs) in unterschiedlichen Branchen untersucht. Dabei werden die Auswirkungen der inneren Umwelt (Wettbewerb, Nachfrage) und der ?u?eren Umwelt der Wirtschaft (Politik, Rechtssystem, Wissenschaftssystem, Kultur) auf die Innovationen analysiert. Das sechste Kapitel widmet sich den Finanzierungsquellen f?r Innovationen und ihre Ver?nderungen. Hierbei wird insbesondere die Diversifizierung der Finanzierungsquellen analysiert. Das wichtigste Ergebnis ist, dass die Innovationsfinanzierung in China zunehmend einen autopoietischen Charakter aufzeigt. Innovationen haben allm?hlich bestimmte Finanzierungsquellen (Eigenkapital, Staatsmittel, Venture Capital, FDI und teilweise Staatsbanken), und die Gelder aus den Innovationsgewinnen finanzieren weitere Innovationen.
