15th International Employment Relations Association Conference IERA 2007 'Working Lives, Working Choices'
In this, its fifteenth, conference, the International Employment Relations Association will debate the changing shape, content and experience of working lives. Papers are invited which deal with any aspect of work and employment touching upon these issues, including the role of work-based learning and training programmes. This also presents an opportunity for IERA to continue development of the worklife balance theme of the 2006 conference. Papers which provide a comparative focus will be particularly welcome. In addition, as usual with IERA conferences, papers are also welcomed on the full range of employment and human relations topics. We would particularly encourage papers addressing methodological issues in researching working lives and employing innovative approaches such as biographical and or ethnographic.
