5th Sound Economic History Workshop
The main aim of the Sound Economic History Workshops is to gather new researchers in a friendly and non-imposing environment where they can present their research and receive constructive feedback from their peers and leading economic historians. A further aim is to demonstrate the breadth of Economic History as an academic discipline, so there is no main theme, and submissions are encouraged from any sub-field of Economic and Social history. The purpose is to attract PhD students and post-docs to help create an environment that is conducive for collaboration and quality research. Non-parallel sessions will be thematically organised, where papers will be presented and discussed under the leadership of a chairperson.
