6TH CONFERENCE ON PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL

Research papers using a variety of theoretical and methodological approaches are invited on any topic related to the general theme of performance measurement and management control. We are also encouraging submissions from all geographies of the world. Topics: • Budgeting and, more generally, target setting • (Financial and non-financial) performance measurement and reporting • Incentives and compensation systems • Alternative measures of corporate performance, reflecting the evolving influence of multiple stakeholders • Development and/or implementation of corporate strategy • Performance evaluation of companies, business units, teams, and individuals • Using the various levers of management control to change corporate culture - in a more performance-driven direction, or to create a more positive, “vibrant” environment.
