Conference "Consumption Based Approaches in Climate Policy"
Despite the emergence of climate policy in different parts of the world, global emissions are still increasing. Resulting from this, there are calls for a more comprehensive approach to climate policy focusing on emissions embodied in consumption. The overall goal is thereby to alter current emission consumption patterns and eventually to induce the transition towards a low carbon future. This two day event brings together selected renowned researchers in order to explore new directions with regard to consumption based approaches in climate policy.
