Conference on Managerial Compensation
The recent events around the credit crunch have put managerial compensation firmly back on the agenda of policy makers and shareholders alike. Recent cases in failing firms even have turned excessive managerial compensation into an issue of concern for society at large. Around 12 academic papers will be presented at the conference. There will be two keynote addresses by Professor David Yermack of Stern School of Business (New York University) and Lord Paul Myners, Financial Services Secretary to the Treasury. There will also be a panel discussion at the end of the conference. [gemäß den Informationen des Anbieters - according to site editor's information] The web site is no longer available.
