ECB Conference “Information, Beliefs and Economic Policy” -European Central Bank
The conference will bring together researchers from academia and policy institutions to discuss the role of information, beliefs and expectations in the economy and economic policy. Possible topics include (but are not restricted to): - models of economic behaviour without the assumption of full-information and/or rational expectations - empirical applications of such models to macroeconomic and financial data - the role of news and confidence in economic models - monetary policy, fiscal policy and regulation of financial markets under informational frictions or learning.
