International Conference on the Employment of Older Workers

The DARES conference aims at presenting the lessons of new economic research on the employment of older workers carried out in several countries, including France. The conference will gather experts from the academic community (France, Europe and the United States) who will describe the main determinants of the employment of older workers and the most efficient instruments to promote it with regard to different reforms conducted in European countries and the U.S.
