IZA/Volkswagen Foundation Workshop "Genes, Brains, and the Labor Market"
The aim of the workshop is to bring together leading scholars and young researchers working on topics related to personnel and labor economics at the intersection of economics, psychology and biology. Acknowledging the increasing importance of neurobiological and neuropsychological approaches to decision theory and economic behavior, we invite contributions from various methodological backgrounds: theoretical contributions as well as empirical research using survey evidence, laboratory experiments, neuroeconomic methods, and field experiments.
