Joint CCBS-FRBNY policy forum on monetary operations - Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Centre for Central Banking Studies
The aim of this workshop is to allow those responsible for the design and implementation of such policies to deepen their theoretical understanding of monetary operations and to compare and contrast experiences with their peers. Topics: - lessons learned from the financial crisis; - forms of money market frameworks; - balancing monetary policy and financial stability goals within central bank money market operations; and - the timing of implementing new money market operations.
