Melbourne Institute 50th Anniversary Conference - Melbourne Institute of Applied Economic and Social Research
The Melbourne Institute will be holding a conference on 6 December to celebrate and recognise the major achievements the Institute has made in the last 50 years. Speakers will include leading and well respected academics and government representatives from outside the Institute who are in a good position to comment and the Melbourne Institute and it's contribution to public policy and academia since 1962. The conference will end with a lively round-table which will include the current and former Melbourne Institute Directors, chaired by Professor Judith Sloan. The conference is open to anyone interested in the research of the Melbourne Institute and the history of social and economic public policy in Australian since 1962.
