In this paper an attempt has been made to introduce the concept of structural efficiency in incomplete block designs using the concept of majorization, an established concept in inequalities. Structural efficiency preserves the homogeniety or even distribution of treatments over the blocks.

L-superadditive functions find many applications in rearrangement inequalities, operations research and reliability. In this paper, we prove a theorem of integral transforms for L-superadditive functions that preserve Schur property.
