OBSERVATIONS - Effects of Nutrition Information on Consumer Choice - The author provides a discrete choice analysis of consumer response to on-pack nutrition information, recognizing heterogeneous evaluation of nutrition characteristics. Individual brand choice decisions are shown to depend on nutrition information in a way that varies across consumers and nutrition attributes.
