The New Regulation on Driving and Rest Times : the Impact of the Abolition of the 12-day Derogation for Buses
Die Studie befasst sich mit der Einführung der Verordnung Nr. 561/2006 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates zu den Lenk- und Ruhezeiten im Straßenverkehr. Untersucht werden die Folgen des Wegfalls der 12-Tage-Regelung im grenzüberschreitenden Personenkraftverkehr, namentlich unter wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und sicherheitsspezifischen Gesichtspunkten. Die Verfasser ziehen Schlussfolgerungen und ein Gesamtfazit und geben Empfehlungen, sofern größere negative Effekte erkennbar sind.
