Имущество на читалищата

Резюме: Предмет на научното изследване е правната уредба на имуществото на читалищата в Закона за народните читалища, приет през есента на 1996 година. Въз основа на критичния научен анализ са направени съответните изводи относно бъдещото практическо прилагане на законовите разпоредби. Abstract: The subject of the scientific study is the legal regulation of the property of the community culture centres in the Community culture centres Act, adopted in autumn 1996. Based on the critical scientific analysis, the relevant conclusions have been drawn regarding the future practical application of the legal provisions.
