Визначено сутність логістичної системи інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства. Визначено особливості формування логістичної системи інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства. Встановлено послідовність вибору раціональної форми мережі інноваційних процесів за виявленими умовами потоковості.An innovation-oriented enterprise is defined as the organized network of innovation processes, forming of which is carried out by integration of all kinds of streams by the stages of production-sale chain of innovation activity. The essence of the logistic system of an innovation-oriented enterprise and the features of forming of such system have been defined. The logistic system should provide the correct organization of innovation activity and flow of innovation processes inside an enterprise and between an enterprise and its contractors. Gaining of competitive advantages from innovation activity depends on the form of the network of innovation processes. The form of network depends on the amount of the types and streams of innovation processes. The choice of the form of a network according to the revealed conditions of streamingness of flowing of innovation processes provides integration of all types of streams by the stages of production-sale chain of innovation activity and increases the results from production and sale of innovation product. Thus the sequence of choice of the rational form of a network of innovation processes by the revealed conditions of streamingness has been set.
