ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПЛАНИРОВАНИЯ АССОРТИМЕНТА ТОРГОВОГО ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ООО «НАПОЛЕОН»)
One of key factors of rising competitiveness of the enterprise is the commodity policy. Management of assortment should provide strong positions of the enterprise in a present situation and constant conformity of the offered goods in the market to the future tendencies of a supply and demand on it. To provide realization of the complex approach in questions of formation commodity policy it is expedient to unite methods ABC and XYZ analysis of commodity assortment. Result of the analysis is the commodity matrix evidently showing all strengths and weaknesses of this or that position, allowing to accept proved assortment decisions for every position.
