The guestions to organizations and standardizations of the labour are in present time more actual. But for their decisions, necessary to reveal the existing problems by means of analysis of the condition to organizations and standardizations of the labour. Such studies were organized by us on enterprise Omsk in 2005-2006 yy. by means of monitoring the trained services and analysis of the condition of the standardization of the labour on large machine-building enterprise. On base got result, we offer the recommendations on improvement of the organizations and standertizations of the labour.
