В статье на материалах архивного фонда Главного управления социальной защиты населения (Министерства социальных отношений) Челябинской области рассмотрена деятельность региональных органов исполнительной власти по реализации льготного законодательства в отношении наиболее социально уязвимых категорий населения – пожилых людей и инвалидов. The article on the materials of Archival Fund of the Main Department of Social Welfare (Ministry of Social Affairs) of the Chelyabinsk region examined the activities of regional authorities to implement preferential legislation in regard to the most vulnerable people - the elderly and the disabled
