ІННОВАЦіЙНИЙ ПОТЕНЦіАЛ ЗАЛіЗНИЧНОГО ТРАНСПОРТУ: СУТНіСТЬ, СТРУКТУРА ТА ФАКТОРИ ВПЛИВУ

Актуалізація завдання становлення інноваційної моделі розвитку залізничного комплексу визначила зацікавленість автора проблемою формування та розвитку інноваційного потенціалу. Удосконалено поняття «інноваційний потенціал залізничного транспорту» на основі ключових моментів, які мають бути враховані в процесах удосконалення інноваційної діяльності з метою трансформації змісту та якості економічного зростання залізничного транспорту. Застосовано організаційно-функціональний підхід до структуризації потенціалу залізничного транспорту. Запропоновано фактори, які визначають процеси розвитку інноваційного потенціалу залізничного транспорту.Realization of the task of forming an innovative model of the railway transport development defines the author’s interest in the issue of forming and developing the innovative potential. The concept of the “innovative potential of the railway transport” is updated. It is defined as a collection of opportunities, development processes of which lie in the field of interaction of railway transport enterprises both with each other and with representatives of scientific, educational, industrial sectors, which do not belong to the internal environment of the railway transport and are the basis of introducing and updating innovations in order to transform the content and quality of economic growth of the railway transport. A functional structuring approach is applied to structure the potential of the railway transport. Taking into account the specifics of the railway transport work and modern problems of innovative development, factors which define processes of the innovative potential development for the railway transport include: a level of innovative sensibility of the railway transport, a level of interaction between railway transport enterprises, a level of interaction between those within the railway transport sector and those which are not in its internal environment.
