A lean és a vezetői stílus összefüggései ; It's title in English: Lean leadership - Connections between lean and leadership philosophy

Absztakt: A „lean” mára elterjedt menedzsment filozófia lett nem csak a gyártó, hanem a szolgáltató vállalatok körében is. A sikeres, folyamatos fejlődést eredményező alkalmazás viszont nagyban függhet a vezetői hozzáállástól, az alkalmazott vezetői stílustól. Ebben az összefoglalóban először a lean kialakulása és alapgondolata kerül röviden bemutatásra, majd pedig a lean szakirodalmára alapozottan az kerül áttekintésre, hogy a lean rendszerek sikeréhez mely vezetői stílusok, jellemzők járulhatnak hozzá. ; Abstract: Lean is now a well-known leadership philosophy not only among the manufacturing but the service provider companies as well. The successful usage which is resulting in continuous improvement can hardly depend on the leadership behavior and on the used leadership style. At the beginning of the study we shortly summarize the starting phase and the main thought behind lean, then based on the lean literature we review, which leadership philosophies and characteristics can lead to the success of lean systems.
