Certain Problems of the Development of Finance and Credit in the Process of Building Communism
Investigation of the theoretical problems involved in developing finance and credit in the process of building communism is a matter of great scientific and practical interest. The task is to determine, on the basis of an analysis of the existing practices in using these economic categories, the laws governing the further development and improvement of finance and credit relations and the growth of their influence on the development of the national economy at the present stage. The scope of this article does not permit complete coverage of all the complex and varied problems of finance and credit. Therefore, we think it advisable to deal, first of all, with those which are still being discussed by economists.
