Constructive dismissal - Johnstone v W Wilson & Sons; Hamill v Strong & Co Ltd - In two recent cases, the EAT illustrates, respectively, that the issue of fundamental or material breach of contract is not to be confused with questions of the fairness or reasonableness of a dismissal, and that the "last straw" doctrine is alive and well.
