Daten-, Funktions- und Prozeß-Standards für Virtuelle Unternehmen - strategische Überlegungen
Der Bericht erörtert Möglichkeiten und Grenzen des Einsatzes von Daten-, Funktions- und Prozeß-Standards zur flexiblen Kopplung von Partnern zu einem Virtuellen Unternehmen (VU). Zunächst werden spezifische Anforderungen von VU hinsichtlich Standards präsentiert. Für die Verbindung von Anwendungssystemen gilt es, verschiedene Verfahren der Vergabe, unterschiedliche Geltungsbereiche und Art und Weise der Spezifikation von Standards zu beachten. Weiterhin sind der gegenwärtige Stand der Schnittstellenentwicklung und moderne Standardisierungsinitiativen wie CALS zu berücksichtigen. Anschließend beschreibt der Beitrag exemplarisch Felder der Normierung, wobei dem Konstruktionsbereich besondere Bedeutung zukommt. Aber auch der Dokumentenaustausch, die technische Dokumentation, das Übertragen kaufmännischer Daten, der Planungsdatenaustausch und das Workflow Management werden untersucht. Zudem sind Standardabläufe, -verträge und -geschäftspraktiken für schnelle Zusammenschlüsse von Unternehmen von Interesse. Schließlich werden Vor- und Nachteile von Standards für VU diskutiert und auf die Frage eingegangen, welche Strategien zum Einsatz von Normen ein Unternehmen wählen sollte.
