Determination of Clearness Index for Fuzzy Measures

The article is devoted to the introduction, research and analysis of the new indicator of clearness for the distribution of fuzzy measures of an arbitrary modality. This indicator is required for the solution of analytical control and estimation problems, and for the forecasting in a conditions of non-statistical uncertainty. Formular depending of the proposed clearness index are presented. efficiency, sensitivity and easiness of use of this indicator is shown
