Dimensions of Principals Distributed Leadership in Improving School Performance in Secondary School at South Sulawesi Indonesia

This study aims to identify the dimensions of principal distributed leadership in secondary school, State of South Sulawesi Indonesia using qualitative methods. The qualitative data obtained from interviews on 9 respondents were from among the teachers. There are four dimensions required secondary school principal data obtained from interviews with respondents, the vision, mission and goals of the school, school culture, sharing and responsibility and leadership practices. These dimensions must be present in the school principal's duties on the activities of the leadership to improve school performance in South Sulawesi, Indonesia
