Educational and Public Administration: The Polymathic Ratings and Weightings Concept-Based Artificial Intelligence Processes (PRWC4AI)
Iterative educational and public administration transformation projects (ETP) are important for the enhancements of their sustainability, performances, and longevity. ETPs are complex, due to the inter-linking AI, lack of the adoption of a polymathic and holistic approaches, and the integration of other domains that are needed to finalize such ETPs. In the domains of education and public administration, the main objective is to try to achieve long-term intangible goals and not only to achieve extreme gains dictated by leaders and/or stakeholders. A polymathic and holistic approach privileges interdisciplinary concepts for the implementations of various ETP's phases, sub-domains, and artificial intelligence (AI)-based components. This chapter uses the author's applied holistic and poly-mathematical model (AHMM) for AI (AHMM4AI), which is a variant of the author's generic and polymathic AHMM, which also includes enhancements and findings from his previous research articles and works, which are added to the PWRC4AI, where the PWRC4AI inherits the basic PRWC's characteristics.
