Geschäftsprozeß- und Funktionsorientierung - Ein Vergleich - Teil 1
Unter Abstraktion von der teleologischen Interpretation organisatorischer Gestaltungsüberlegungen (Koordination vs. Spezialisierung) lassen aus praxeologischer Perspektive zwei grundlegende organisatorische Gleiderungsformen einander gegenüberstellen: Die Funktionsorientierung, welche auf dem Gliederungsprinzip der Verichtungsorientierung beruht sowie die Geschäftsprozeßorientierung , die sich auf zielobejektorientierte Dekompositionsschemata zurückführen lässt. Der vorliegende zweiteilige Beitrag stellt diese beiden grundsätzlich unterschiedlichen Perspekiven einander vergleichend gegenüber und arbeitet im ersten Teil Charakteristika, Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede heraus (Arbeitspapier WI, Nr. 3/1998). Mit dem Prinzip der funkionalen Vollständigkeit wird im zweiten Teil (Arbeitspapier WI, 4/1998) ein Maßstab vorgestellt, der es erlaubt, typisch geschäftsprozeßorientierte gegen typisch funktional geprägte Unternehmensorganisationen abzugrenzen.
