Impact of Person's Age on the Successful Passing of GTO Complex's Standards

The paper deals with the problem of the impact of a factor of age on the successful passing of GTO Complex’s standards. Age has the great importance for people who want to take part in the passing of the GTO complex, since the training of adults, and especially of the elder people is not the easy task. Elder people learn more slowly, so their training requires increased attention. In general, the process of organizing the process of preparing people for the implementation of GTO standards for the adults is the restoration of lost motor skills. Sometimes even formation of motor skills is required. Therefore, the training process is associated with the complex of motor activity and training. The training of adults involves the following key features: adults are more independent and responsible, and therefore are able to have more responsibly during the learning process; the process of training adults is associated with the significant comparison of personal goals; the process of physical training is largely conditioned by temporary, spatial, as well as professional and social conditions; reduction of training terms is required due to high employment. We made the conclusion that organizational problems that accompany the processes of preparation for the passing of GTO standards by adults are very important. The current program provides the voluntary nature of participation, therefore the number of participants will directly depend on the personal motivation of the population
