Key Performance Indicators Analysis Using Machine Learning Techniques

In this study, using an innovative approach to machine learning techniques, we try to indentify the key performance indicators from effective indicators and to reach a deeper understanding of the relationships between them. Finally, by introducing a new approach that emerged from the integration of supervised and unsupervised models, we analyze the customers who have a direct impact on the identified goals. Analyzing each model and the relationships between them, indicators were identified as key performance indicators. By analyzing key performance indicators and applying clustering algorithms on them, a new approach to analyzing high-risk and effective deferred customers was developed
