Kommunikation und Kultur in der Assekuranzwirtschaft
Versicherung schafft Sicherheit, wobei diese Leistung auf Vertrauen beruht. Ein Risiko wird übertragen im Vertrauen, dass im Falle einer vertraglich vereinbarten Notwendigkeit die zugesicherte Leistung umgesetzt wird. Diese Grundessenz des Versicherungswesens benötigt eine klar definierte Unternehmens- und Kommunikationskultur. Unternehmenskultur und Unternehmenskommunikation stehen in vielen Unternehmen in enger Interaktion, um einerseits im harten wirtschaftlichen Wettbewerb mit der Konkurrenz bestehen zu können, andererseits um qualitätsvolle Kunden- und Mitarbeiterbeziehungen zu erreichen bzw. zu etablieren.
Die integrierte Unternehmenskommunikation ist ein ideales Konzept, um die facettenreichen Anforderungen von modernen Assekuranzunternehmen zu erfüllen. Im Sinne einer verankerten Unternehmenskultur sollen die Kommunikationsprozesse gefördert und gesteuert werden. In verschiedenen Handlungsfeldern ist dies umsetzbar, überprüfbar und langfristig lebbar.
Die vorliegende Arbeit lässt erkennen, dass die Ziele, die ein Unternehmen mit der integrierten Kommunikation verfolgt, deckungsgleich mit jenen sind, die ein Unternehmen als Ganzes verfolgt. Ein idealer Mix aus Marketing-, PR- und Werbeinstrumenten hilft ein solches Konzept umzusetzen.
Gerade der Vertriebsbereich ist in Versicherungsunternehmen durch intensiven Kundenkontakt gekennzeichnet. „Versicherungen werden immer noch verkauft, und nicht gekauft“, so ein häufig artikulierter Branchensatz. Insofern müssen Unternehmen darauf achten, in ihren Handlungen und im Auftrifft sowohl nach Außen als auch Innen einheitlich zu bleiben und somit die Glaubwürdigkeit zu bewahren.
Mittels verschiedener Instrumente wird ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild für alle Bezugsgruppen, insbesondere dem Kundensegment, angestrebt. Ein einheitliches Kommunikationskonzept zeigt sich z.B. im Bereich der Schadenregulierung als Erfolgsvehikel. Dieser „Moment of Truth“ bietet dem Assekuranzunternehmen die Gelegenheit, sich zu beweisen und die Kundenerwartungen zu erfüllen.
Die Kundenansprache erfolgt umso besser, einheitlicher und erfolgreicher, wenn parallel die interne Mitarbeiterkommunikation gepflegt und in einer positiven, Mitarbeiterfreundlichen Atmosphäre gelebt wird. Kunden und Mitarbeiter stehen in permanentem Informationsaustausch. Die Unternehmenskultur bietet das Fundament, um das Konzept der Integrierten Unternehmenskommunikation mit dem für das Unternehmen idealen Methodenansatz zielgerichtet einsetzen zu können.
