SELECTIVE STUDY CASE ON THE NEED FOR ROMANIAN BANKS MANAGERIAL REORGANIZATION IN THE CONTEXT OF EMPLOYEES SATISFACTION
The study case on the need for banks managerial reorganization has as premise the banking financial crisis that started in august 2008. Banks began to face a crisis of liquidity and also occurs, "invisible", a crisis of employee’s lack of trust. The objective of the study market was to determine bank’s employee’s satisfaction level and their expectations in order to build the best motivation and loyalty strategies. The main tool used for this study was the on – line questionnaire that was sent to 200 banks employees. Companies are present on the Romanian market for at least two years and have at least 50 employees on a full – time basis. The questionnaire aims to reflect the working conditions characteristics from the banking institutions and employees needs. Aspects such as working environment, benefits package, company relations, human resources practices, companies processes, career development, how management communicates with employees, were considered.
