SEM-Based Solutions for Theory of Constants Tool CRT

Causality is the heart of organization theory. Scholars use necessity and sufficiency conditions to describe the equifinal and asymmetric causal relationships. The Theory of Constraint is the well-accepted theory for causal relationships to utilize bottlenecks in supply chain management. This study proposes to use SEM to make a Critical reality tree (CRT) with a set of standard questions for different industries. The results of CRT will highlight the possible bottlenecks managers need to manage and improve efficiency multiple times. Using data inputs from an information management system for ML algorithms is also suggested to improve the questionnaire to make a new CRT for the firm
