The Effects of Intercultural Difference on the Management of Knowledge, of Knowledge and of Skill Acquisition. Case of Staff in the Adging Homes (EHPAD)

Demographic changes have led policy makers to adopt innovative strategies to meet new challenges on the labor market in different countries, including labor shortages in developed emerging countries. This work aims to analyze the impacts of knowledge management knowledge and skills acquisition. Our research could highlight the driving variables and dependent relay to acquire the skill. We discussed the key concepts of intercultural dynamics, favorable both to the construction and improvement of intercultural communication and the other for cooperation for the sharing of knowledge.
