The Effect of Community Perception, Efficiency and Security Transacting Against Interests in Using E-Money (Study Case in Muslim Millennials Malang City Users of OVO Applications) (PENGARUH PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT, EFISIENSI DAN KEAMANAN BERTRANSAKSI TERHADAP MINAT PENGGUNAAN E-MONEY (Studi Kasus Pada Milenial Muslim Kota Malang Pengguna Aplikasi OVO))
Technological developments are currently very fast, one of which is in Financial Technology (Fintech). In Indonesia, since the publication of e-money, every year there has been an increase in the amount of emoney flowing. However, the population stated that it is smaller than the total population of Indonesia in productive age. It can be concluded that there are still Indonesians of productive age who still do not use e-money. This study aims to see how the influence of public perceptions, efficiency and security of transactions on the interest in reusing e-money. Relationship between Public Perception, Efficiency and Security of Transactions partially and simultaneously on the Interest of Reusing E-money. The population in this study were all Muslim millennials of Malang City who used the OVO application. Samples were taken using a formula for the number of unknown population with the results of 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that public perception had a positive and significant effect on the interest in using e-money as evidenced by the path coefficient of 0.256 and the t statistic of 2.574, the value was greater than t table (1.96) or p ≤ 0.05. Efficiency has a positive and significant effect on interest in using e-money as evidenced by the path coefficient value of 0.386 with a statistical value of 4.142. This value is greater than t table (1.96) and significant or p ≤ 0.05. And Transaction Security has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using e-money as evidenced by a path coefficient of 0.312 and a statistic of 3.518 which is greater than t table (1.96) and a significance p-value of 0.001 <0.05. Based on the calculation with the coefficient of determination, the value of R Square for Interest in E-money Use is 0.5774, this value shows the variable of Interest in E-money Usage (Y) from the Perception of the Muslim Community (X1), Efficiency (X2), Transaction Security (X3) of 57.74% while the remaining 42.26% is influenced by other variables outside the one under study
