Effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect Influence of work discipline, Job Motivation, and work environment on Employee Performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees as many as 100 respondents. Collecting data using online questionnaires distributed using Google Forms. The data analysis technique used a smart PLS version 3.2.9 (Partial Least Square) software application. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the independent variables, namely work discipline, Job Motivation, and work environment on the dependent variable, namely employee performance
