Effect Of Work Experience, Competency, And Work Motivation On Employee Performance (Case Study On UNJ Office Administration Students)
This study aims to obtain findings of the effect of work experience, competence, and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis and takes measurements through an ordinal scale. The data collection technique used is in the form of a questionnaire with 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression techniques consisting of validity, reliability, normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, T-test and F test, and the coefficient of determination test using the IBM SPSS (Statistical) software program. Package for Social Science) Statistics version 24. The results show that there is a positive influence on work experience
