The effect of work motivation, work discipline, work environment, organizational culture, and compensation to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to acquire knowledge and test theories about work motivation, work discipline, work environment, organizational culture, and compensation. This research was conducted in Indonesia precisely in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi with total sample. Processing data using SEM techniques and applications smartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show the influence of the employee's performance is greatest motivation and influence employee performance the least is the environment
