Management im japanischen Mittelstand - Untersuchungsergebnisse und Fallstudien
Das vorliegende Papier "Management in mittelständischen Unternehmen in Japan: Untersuchungsergebnisse und Fallstudien" beschäftigt sich mit der Unternehmensphilosophie, Unternehmensorganisation, Unternehmensführung und dem Personalmanagement in japanischen Unternehmen. Konkretisiert und diskutiert werden die Ergebnisse anhand einer Fallstudie eines japanischen Wagnisunternehmens. Ein Ergebnis dieses Papiers ist, daß das Management - konkret z.B. die Ausgestaltung der Organisationsstruktur oder die Führungskräfteentwicklung - zwischen einzelnen Unternehmenstypen unterschied-lich ausgeprägt ist. Eine Ursache hierfür ist die unterschiedliche Stellung des Unternehmers im Unter-nehmen, die sich zwischen dem "Patriarchen" und dem "kooperativen Führer" bewegt.
