Solangeder Versicherungsnehmer die Erfüllungssicherheit des Versicherungsvertragszutreffend einschätzen und diese bei seiner Zahlungsbereitschaft berücksichtigenkann, rechtfertigt allerdings das Argument der speziellen Gläubigerstellungnoch keine gesetzlich fixierten Solvabilitätsregeln.[...]
