Permanenter Wandel kennzeichnet die aktuelle Wirtschaftspraxis. Diese adäquat zu meistern ist essenziell für das Fortbestehen und den Erfolg jedes Unternehmens. Kobi (1996) betont die Vielfalt der Wandelprozesse und zeigt in seiner stichwortartigen Aufzählung verschiedenster Aspekte wirtschaftlichen Wandels die Bandbreite von Umweltveränderungen, die für Unternehmen große Bedeutung haben.
